The **Marketing Operations Manager **is responsible for the operational effectiveness, governance, and scalability of the Marketing Communications function. This role serves as the central point of coordination for marketing operations, establishing and maintaining the processes, workflows, systems, documentation, and organizational disciplines that enable efficient execution across marketing, business development, communications, customer engagement, and corporate initiatives.

The Marketing Operations Staff partners closely with executive leadership, Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to ensure priorities remain aligned, projects are executed effectively, resources are appropriately coordinated, and operational risks are proactively addressed. This position operates with significant independence and is expected to identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness through process optimization, operational discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.
