We are looking to add an experienced and talented **Staff Quality Engineer** to our team. In this position, you will serve as a trusted quality engineering resource, advancing product and process quality through quality planning, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role strengthens manufacturing and operational performance by evaluating quality systems, improving process capability, and implementing quality strategies that ensure products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

Working cross-functionally with quality, engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management, this role supports quality assurance, process improvement, product validation, and manufacturing activities while ensuring products and processes comply with quality standards, customer requirements, and business objectives.
