The **Vice President, Global Facilities** is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of CesiumAstro’s global facilities and real estate portfolio. In this role you will oversee the full lifecycle of company sites, from site identification and acquisition through lease negotiation, buildout, occupancy, maintenance, expansion, relocation, and disposition.

This position will develop and execute a global facilities and real estate strategy aligned with CesiumAstro’s growth, manufacturing, engineering, R&D, customer, and operational requirements. This includes oversight of company-owned and leased properties, real estate transactions, leases and contracts, property maintenance, capital projects, site selection, and long-range footprint planning.

The Vice President, Global Facilities serves as the senior facilities and real estate advisor to executive leadership and partners closely with Finance, Legal, HR, EHS, Security, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure CesiumAstro has the right facilities, infrastructure, and capacity to support current and future growth.
