About the Team

Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as a our Facilities Caretaker, being the central point of contact for all organizational and hands-on matters in daily operations. This role ensures that our building, workplaces, and infrastructure function reliably, while supporting the team with a wide range of practical tasks. Your Tasks

General Building Maintenance

• Regular inspection of buildings, offices, and outdoor areas
• Carrying out minor repairs (e.g., furniture, lighting, door locks, plumbing fixtures)
• Coordinating external contractors for larger repair work

Operational Support

• Point of contact for employees regarding technical or organizational issues
• Preparing meeting rooms and supporting events
• Assisting and supervising suppliers, contractors, and service providers

Courier & Errand Services

• Transporting documents, materials, or equipment between locations
• Delivering components between RFA and nearby suppliers (travel time approx. 1–2 hours)
• Handling small errands to support daily operations

Office Moves & Workspace Setup

• Moving and assembling office furniture
• Supporting desk relocations and internal moves
• Setting up smaller workspaces

Waste Management & Organization

• Regular emptying and sorting of waste
• Organizing bulk waste and special disposal
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in storage and shared area

Your Qualifications

• Hands-on skills with basic technical understanding
• Experience in facilities management or similar roles
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Good spoken English skills (for communication with international colleagues, service providers, and documentation)
• Reliable, helpful, and solution-oriented mindset
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of working with people, especially young and international colleagues
• Independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Flexible and physically resilient
