The Marketing Event and Trade Show Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of CesiumAstro’s external events, tradeshows, customer engagements, sponsorship activities, and industry association participation. This role serves as a senior individual contributor within the Marketing Communications organization and is responsible for independently managing complex event initiatives that support customer engagement, brand visibility, and business development objectives.

Working with minimal supervision, this position partners closely with Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams to coordinate event activities, manage logistics, oversee vendor relationships, and support customer-facing engagements. The role applies advanced professional knowledge of event planning and operational execution to deliver high-quality experiences while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen event outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and resourceful marketing professional with strong project management capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. This individual exercises sound judgment, operates independently, and serves as a trusted resource for event planning and execution within a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.
